Does the rent include any utilities?
Rent includes trash services and any necessary maintenance.
What utilities will I have to pay for?
The electric, water, cable and phone bills.
Are Pets allowed?
We allow pets with a $350 pet deposit.
What steps do I need to take to rent an apartment at Remington?
Fill out a credit check application (there is $30 fee). Once approved, we will check references and/or previous employers. We will copy your driver’s license or picture ID. Sign the lease, pay the deposit and first month’s rent. Finally, MOVE IN!
